Kevin was pushy, borderline rude and willing to say anything (lie) to get us out of his office. Stereotypical used car salesman. Dane made our experience a positive one, but Kevin needs to go back to charm school.
I was able to view the Ford Mavericks side-by-side which is very important to me when making an expensive purchase. Angel was able to help me quickly narrow down and find a hybrid model for me to test drive. There was no pressure when I told him I’d be back. As promised, the second fob arrived a week later also terribly worn. The second fob will not program to the vehicle nor is the cut key useable. This dealership is the worst of the worst. straight trash. still living in covid times and trying to mark up stuff over msrp and Kbb. gave them a VERY reasonable offer and refused to even talk to me about it. yet they continually dropped the price automatedly. Saleem Gitesatani is the worst of them all. Acted like he was God and very dismissive not wiling to negotiate. no wonder his name includes the word "satan" in it.
